Whether you are a beginner bellydancer or more experienced, a tribal fusion dancer or a tribal style dancer, we have the right class for you. You will even find Flamenco and African dance in our class listings. You can also shop our store for fabulous bellydance and tribal costumes! For the "gypsy minded" ladies we have funky hempwear fashions and lovely fashions from Gypsy Circus.
PLEASE NOTE: We are extending our store closure until Monday August 9th. This does NOT affect classes or workshops. We just need a bit of extra time to ensure we are sparkling when you all come back to class in September!We are still taking registrations for fall classes and summer workshops, answering phones and email. Summer classes /workshops are not affected.

SUNDAY, August 22 - Rhythms of India, Gypsy, Folklore, Bollywood 11am TO 3:30pm $90 This workshop is FULL however we will take your name on a waiting list.
Explore the Sacred Dance of Yoga where Amrita leads you through a journey of exploration of the physical and spiritual practices. There is still space in this workshop.
Gypsy dances from Rajasthan and folk dance of the Punjab have influenced dance and music of the Middle East, Turkey, Spain, Europe and North America. Now these rhythms and movements, which have been handed down hundreds of years, are to be found in the vibrant bollywood dances! Amrita Choudhury is a rare gem. Her vast experience is in Indian sacred dance, mudras as well as extensive research in Dance and Anthropology, in which she holds a degree. Bedouin Beats is absolutely thrilled to host this weekend of very special workshops.

Fall Classes Starts September 13th.Registration is ongoing for fall classes.
Registration has been open since early June and classes are filling up.
Don't delay and be disappointed with a full class or a class that has been cancelled due to low registration.
STUDIO/STORE HOURS for the SUMMER
Our store is CLOSED until Monday August 9th for renovations due to flooding. This does not affect classes or workshops and we are still answering phones and emails. we apologize for any inconvenience that may cause. Please call us if your need is immediate! (we miss you too)
As of August 9th our hours will be: Tues - Fri 1PM to 5PM Saturday: 11AM to 4PM
Construction 118 Avenue and Parking
Summer construction has begun and it does affect street parking around us. If you cannot find parking on 94 street please use the parking lot at the Alberta Avenue Community League which is just a half block east of us. Access to this large lot is 118 ave or 93 at.
If you are coming to us from the Yellowhead or the North end of the city you can reach the studio and parking lot using 82 st then proceeding west on 122st and turn right or south at 93st. Continue until you deadend at the parking lot. You will then avoid the construction congestion on 118 avenue.

The cost is $200 plus GST. If you wish us to come to your location, cost is $250 within Edmonton city limits. Outside of city limits just call us.
