We have classes for women of all ages and all stages.

Technique, music, movement and just a splash of glitter is what we are all about.

Whether you are 14 or 60, you will learn how to move with your body at a pace that works for you.

We will give you a solid dance foundation, some great music to move to and helpful ideas for costuming and adorning yourself (if you feel inclined and we think you will).

Our dance recitals will give you the opportunity to show your new skills and sparkly costume to adoring family and friends. Remember that YOU decide whether performing is what you want to do.

You will reconnect to your soul as dance speaks to the very root of who we are. Take a deep breath and begin.
